Connivio offers a platform that helps coliving and coworking spaces run their operations and build community with their guests, including listings, messaging, itineraries, and social features.

By using the platform you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when you register and keep it current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited purposes.
• Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of the listings, content, and information they publish about their spaces.

Bookings & host content

Connivio acts as a technology provider that connects hosts and guests. Any booking, stay, or service agreement is between the host and the guest, and each party is responsible for fulfilling their obligations.

Hosts retain ownership of the content they publish. By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the platform.

Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, hate speech, or content that violates the rights of others.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or interference with the platform or its security mechanisms.
• No misuse of community features, including impersonation or misleading communications.

Suspension & termination

Connivio may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, pose a security or safety risk, or are required to be removed by law.

You can close your account at any time from your settings. Some data may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, our services, or applicable laws. Material changes will be communicated in advance through the platform or by email.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating company is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you.
